My name is Laura Joffrion and I am a Video Editor, Creative Producer and Assistant Editor with nearly ten years of experience creating and supporting high quality content for brands including Warner Bros. Discovery, MrBeast, CNN+, TED Talks, Disney, and Amazon. My background spans both creative editing and technical assistant editing, which allows me to shape strong visual stories while keeping workflows organized, efficient, and reliable.

Currently I work with Nectar HR, where I edit long form YouTube videos, Shorts, and internal promotional content while collaborating closely with creative leads. I focus on clear storytelling, consistent pacing, strong music choices, and polished final delivery across all projects.

Before stepping into higher level editing roles, I spent years as an Assistant Editor at several major studios. I handled ingesting, organizing, syncing, multi-cam prep, conforming, proxy creation, assembly cuts, and smooth handoffs for post-production teams. This foundation makes me fast, detail oriented, and confident in any post workflow.
